James Szasz - President and CEO

James Szasz, the founder, President and CEO of G2GG received three degrees from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. James has a B.S. in Hotel Restaurant Institutional Management and two A.S. in Hotel Restaurant Management and Food Service Management. James’ educational background is only surpassed by his real experience in the catering and event industry as well as the industry leaders he has worked with and for. Throughout the past two decades James has been awarded The Partners in Excellence award from Walt Disney World Resorts and has overseen catering and restaurants at The Contemporary Resort and Disney Institute. James also has been a key team member for Planet Hollywood and an event manger during the 1996 Olympic Games. He has held titles such as Restaurant Manager, Guest Service Manger, Banquet Guest Services Manager and Catering Manager. James founded G2GG with his business partners Eric Ray and Charles Szasz in 2005 and they have been experiencing year to year sales gains as well as increased profits since the company’s inception.
Charles Szasz - Corporate Executive Chef

Charles Szasz, co-founder and Corporate Executive Chef of G2GG received his culinary degree from the New York Institute of Technology. Charles also has extensive experience with many very well known establishments such as Levy Restaurants, Savvy Services, Hyatt Hotels, Orlando World Center Marriott and Willoughby County Club. Charles, while managing food service operations, adds value to any type of operation by creating great tasting consistent products, utilizing cost cutting techniques that lead to greater profits while enhancing all guest experiences by catering exactly to the clients needs.
William Krause - Director of Operations
William Krause, Director of Operations, also has a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida’s School of Business. William has extensive experience with localized business operators with one to six venues in a local business market such as Church Street Concepts, Giovanni’s Italian Restaurants, Mako’s Atlanta Inc, LRJ Management Corp, and Hampton's Restaurant Group. William possesses the ability to manage many aspects of a business model while overseeing day to day operations and business cash-flow, ensuring that revenues increase and costs decrease.

One of G2GG’s largest assets is the extensive availability to several food, beverage and service professionals. G2GG has developed a relationship with its day to day employees and has become an employer of choice. As a result the average employee has a minimum of three years industry experience. This leads to proper delivery of services during an event and positive guest experiences.
